who was the first to perfect multisyllable rhyming

to me it was g rap he was rhyming more syllables then anybody.

while most had basic multisyllable rhyme schemes

example

I'm right in front of my front steps thinking of a plan
Looking like Raggedy Ann, no dough in hand kicking a can
Thinking of a plot to pull some bank in
Because I'm dead and stinking
Soles on my shoes winking, t-shirt is shrinking
Soon I see some ties and my eyes open wide quick

like Raggedy Ann, no dough in hand kicking a can 12 syllables

How you leave out Barney? I Love You was one of the first multisyllable verses. Plus he gave Cam'ron a style to run with:

This is better served in a creative writing/poetry/literature class rather a Hip Hop board as no rapper can lay claim to it since the technique has been around forever.

Anyway can we actually talk about music on the whole for a change rather that one mere facet?

Multi's are not really that impressive when you understand that their an equivalent of basketballs crossover or soccer's step-over, it's in just about everybody's arsenal, some have mastered it some are ok at it some are bad at it, at the end of the day it's not the whole repertoire.
