Based on pure numbers, Larry obviously since pretty much every ep is about his L's, but the power of the 
is strong.
You can take 100 L's, but if ultimately your feeling is, how many L's did you really take?
George on the other hand, handles L's more like
*, so if you take less L's, but they're all pretty much to the gut, you feel them way more.
Larry probably goes to sleep only stressing on the last L. George probably doesn't sleep because every L he's taken since he could form memories haunts him.
Mentally, he is not the master of his domain. His L's are his master.
