Today I decided to switch up the routine a little bit and throw swimming into my routine for cardio. I went in thinking I was going to bust out 20 laps (back and forth). Ended up struggling to muster out 5, with breaks and doggie paddling .
Anybody in here with good tips on how to build up stamina in swimming?
