Yeah, that's tough. I haven't seen OP but maybe he can do well with a stylist and from there going to matchmakers or specifically targeting dating sites that match shorter people. I would hope at the least he is maintaining his physical appearance and fitness. If all else fails, I would look into mail-order brides, and just go for similar looking women. It's not like any connection is impossible in that scenario, they are humans too, looking to better their current situation, so something good can come from it.
