Anime characters aren't known for having responsible parents, but who is the WOAT? We got -
Goku (Dragon Ball) - I'll give him credit, he's around some of the time, but is also known to randomly leave his family for years to go off and train. Also sent his preteen son to go fight a murderous Android and saw nothing wrong with it.
Sasuke Uchiha (Naruto) - Hadn't seen his daughter for so long that he forgot what she looked like and almost killed her by mistake. Why? Because he has to work and shyt.
Rasa (Naruto) - Gaara's father. Sealed a monster in his newborn kid, which caused the kid to be born prematurely and killed his wife. Then treated his kid like shyt for not being able to control it.
Ging (Hunter X Hunter) - Dropped off his newborn kid with his cousin because he didn't really feel like raising a kid. Left a note telling his kid to come find him one day (if he felt like it), only to run away when said kid almost found him. Eventually ended up meeting his kid by accident.
Dragon (One Piece) - Has never met his kid and left him with his grandfather because he had to go topple the World Government and shyt. Luffy is pretty much completely indifferent to him and has still never met him.
Judge Vinsmoke (One Piece) - Genetically modified his kids to be supersoldiers with no empathy for anyone, and horribly abuses the one kid it didn't work on. Eventually decided that kid was a complete failure (because he was "normal") and locked him away in a dungeon, which resulted in said kid running away.
Gendo Ikari (Evangelion) - Pretty much completely ignored his kid until one day he decides to have him pilot a mecha. Even then he's not supportive at all and mostly just insults him.
Not even gonna include dude from Fullmetal Alchemist that turned his daughter into a chimera because it would just a landslide.
And I'm sure there are plenty I didn't list, obviously I haven't seen everything. But who's the WOAT?
