Is she/he is a comedian too? then her/his complaints are bullshyt because they will inevitably say something that someone finds offensive and instead of admitting that she/he is a monster like she claims dave is. she will instead be like, it's just jokes i'm not trying to offend anybody cancel culture is out of control etc. He need to stfu or else people will start digging and find some shyt.
Ima preface this by saying I’m on Dave’s side in this whole thing.
Apart from that small shot at Dave, sounds like she’s shytting on Ted Sarandos more than anything.
Not sure if any of y’all gonna care but Hannah Gadsby isn’t trans by the way. She’s a lesbian. And she got famous because her first Netflix special blew up mainly because it was a story about her getting severely beat down as a youngster because she was a lesbian and some dude who was offended by her existence beat her down for no reason. My wife got me to watch it and…well it helped me understand the impact of homophobia a lot better.
Anyway, I’m on Dave’s and Netflix’s side here. You can argue that Dave coulda chosen better words (particularly the TERF shyt) but his points quite obviously flew over a lot of people’s heads and everything he has been predicting would happen regarding the Me Too and LGBTQ+ movements has come to pass. Literally all of it. And as Dave has said, you can’t win respect by tearing down other people. That will never work. And that’s what modern day Me Too and LGBTQ+ advocates who wanna destroy everybody without taking a look in the mirror at their own hypocrisy don’t understand.
A lot of far left advocates display the exact behaviours that the far right do…they just represent a different agenda, but the tactics in many ways are the same.
