I think this is a good question because, I'm sure most folks would be quick to say some ex 2000-2010 star, but I wouldn't shake my head at some new T.I. or hell Trick Daddy, I'm pretty sure E-40 gonna drop a triple album or something next year, not people you clamoring to hear from but you can respect it and it might be good, or at the very least average.

But lets say someone like Memphis Bleek? Would ya'll really wanna hear some brand new Memphis Bleek in 2020? What about Mack 10? lets just see where this goes.

Kon Artis doesn’t rap much lately, mostly just hooks and producing. Kuniva has steadily been releasing music and it’s been good.

Not sure I can truly give a real answer just cause the way the climate is currently, it really just takes the right sound and single to get hot again. Ace Hood is only 32 and even though he does have recent music, I don’t see how he hasn’t gotten another breakout type song. After all this time.

An album is a labor of love. There is usually no monetary reason for most rappers/brands to invest in a full project unless it is something they really want to do, or if there is just enough worthwhile songs that it makes sense to flesh out the track list. It’s 2020 the music world is currently about streaming
