I'm at best buy the other day and see an HDMI cable for 70

They cost pennies to makes. You shouldn't be paying anymore than 10 bucks for those things.

They all work perfectly fine.

I feel bad for ppl being ripped off by Monster. I bought some "gold" monster cables back in like 2000 when I first got a DVD player, and I never could see any difference.

Yeh thanks to avs forum for putting me on this years ago...but what happens is that someone who doesn't do research and walks in and buys a 2-4g tv and is told they need a cable to make it worth that money so someone who just spend a couple thousand on a tv stand and maybe a surround sound thinks nothing of paying 70 dollars on a cable and the sales guy loves this guy...he also rapes him in the ass with a couple hundred dollar warranty you can get cheaper online...because again you spent thousands what's a few 100 on peace of mind right...
