I do

I do two upper days and 1 lower day a week

Upper day is split into power/hyper moves, everything is compound. Power moves I do 3x5, hyper I do 3x10
Power BB bench
Power DB rows
Power BB shoulder press
Hyper Hammer Strength high supinated row
Hyper DB bench
Hyper upright rows

Lower day I just do squats and sumo deads, 3x5 for both. I do abs, calves and some arm work on that day too.

I do.

Usually 2 upper/2 lower per week.

Upper is usually flat bench
Incline bench or military press
Dumbbell rows
pull ups
face pulls
dips
push-ups

Lower is
squats
farmer walks
deadlifts or stiff legged Deads (usually go light on either squats or Deads)
Kettle bell swings
(leg presses instead of squats or reads if I'm having back pain)


Jump rope for cardio.

Sunday: Military presses (Upper)
Monday: Deadlift (Lower)
Wednesday: Bench (Upper)
Friday: Squat (Lower)

^^^^ Using Wendler's 5-3-1 method coupled with various templates/ versions to keep things interesting every 3 cycles.

I just added an arm day to my routine. I like it. My week looks like this

Monday: Upper compounds
Tuesday: Lower (squats n deads)
Wednesday: Arms
Friday: Upper compounds

I make lower body gains super easy so more upper body work makes sense for me. Gotta figure out where you are and what makes sense for you.
