I do
I do two upper days and 1 lower day a week
Upper day is split into power/hyper moves, everything is compound. Power moves I do 3x5, hyper I do 3x10

Hyper Hammer Strength high supinated row
Hyper DB bench
Hyper upright rows
Lower day I just do squats and sumo deads, 3x5 for both. I do abs, calves and some arm work on that day too.
