I haven't cared for Lil' Wayne since he dropped "Tha Carter III" & didn't really care for him as a solo artist before "Tha Carter I". 2004-2007 is Lil' Wayne at his best.

I enjoy Wayne's music more, so Wayne for me. Also Wayne influenced more of today's rappers/ppl, if what I read on the coli is correct.

T.I. had the better career on paper and almost certainly has a better album streak but his highs were never as high as Wayne. Its a matter of what you consider more important consistency or impact. I'd err to the side of T.I. in this case personally, but they are pretty comparable. It's like comparing a lesser Jay-Z vs. lesser Eminem
