I agree. Whoever wrote his verses on that album did a great job. Top notch lyricism, very underrated.

Yeah I feel the same. Whoever ghostwrote for Puffy back then killed it. I just wish whoever did that actually rapped cause Puff's voice is annoying as f*ck. Still listenable tho.

No Way Out is the only Puff album I f*ck with.

Maybe he bagged J Lo off the strength of that joint.

Nah, I thought Puffy did a good job too.

Also, Pain off Forever is one of the most cinematic storytelling tracks ever in hop hop..
I love that song.

I always picture puffy having a safe somewhere in London under armed guard 24/7 with biggie reference tracks for nigh on every song diddy did between 1997-2002.

I always wonder how many reference tracks of biggies did diddy sell to other artists, the only one that ever came out was the lil Kim one right ?

Always think its cool hearing those type of tracks, like those ti verses for dre, that old (original detox track ~2005 ish) song by crooked I called say dre, ludacris' one, all of them.

On the flipside, I wonder what biggies version of those lil cease verses would have sounded like, or the jay still dre, or even ice cubes original boys in the hood,
