I'm 6'3 245lbs about 13 percent body fat. Last time I lifted I hit 315lbs on bench 5 sets of 3 reps and squatted 315lbs 3 sets of 20 reps. I think I'm going to keep bulking until about April. Hit like 260lbs. After that I'm going to go on an epic cut. HIIT, Intermediate Fasting, counting calories, tracking micros, all that shyt. Look like Terry Crews by summer . Who else is bulking?
