They're all different styles, that focus on different things. Spielberg is a great storyteller with his directing - he takes you from point A to B, in every scene. Kubrick is atmospheric. Cameron can visually make anything grandiose.

It depends on what you're looking for, But when they're on, I'd say Spielberg is the better director.
