If you asked me this 10 years ago I would've said Drake with no hesitation. I figured he would've slowly transitioned into Acting like many Rappers before him but it looks like he's got plenty of years left in his tank. He fully embraces the Rap Star image unlike the other two and he has double the workrate (no matter how uninspired a lot of those record are)
Cole has hinted at it during The Off-Season roll-out but that felt like a gimmick.
My bet is firmly on Dot though.
When you combine him increasingly becoming a hermit over the years, him completely shunning the conventional Rapper image/lifestyle, that super long hiatus he took and that ominous ass song Mirror ("I choose me, I'm sorry"), that feels like the only answer.
Honestly, the entirety of Mr. Morale felt like his swan song. Him finally getting over his savior complex, him rejecting the leader role thrust upon him by society, breaking generational curses etc. Felt like he was essentially telling us he's choosing his family over career.
That's just me though, I could be wrong.
