Woman Caught on Camera Fighting Black Teens Says She’s the Real Victim

A white woman involved in the McKinney, Texas pool brawl is speaking out for the first time.
Tracey Carver denies accusations made by Tatyana Rhodes, a black teen who hosted a party at the community’s pool. According to Rhodes, racial slurs hurled by white women were to blame for the incident, but Carver claims the teens started the melee.
Carver was suspended from her job after video surfaced showing her engaged in a physical altercation with teens.
Carver, who is white, claims that guests from outside the neighborhood began entering the pool “by the dozens”, reports The Dallas Morning News. According to Carver, it was the kids who became angry after the security guard demanded to see the cards that guaranteed them access to the pool.
At that point, Carver says she attempted to leave the pool with her children and grandchildren but was blocked by teens who called her and others “black haters.”
“It was nearly impossible to exit the gate because it was lined three rows deep with dozens of what appeared to be disrespectful, unruly and violent teens and young adults,” Carver said.
The altercation began, she says, when a teen began hurling racial slurs at her friend and telling them that the pool was public.
“My kids were screaming and traumatized,” Carver said. “I walked out to defuse the fight and did just that. I didn’t beat anyone nor use racial slurs of any kind.”
Carver says the video caught her breaking up a fight, not engaging in one.
She also claims someone threw a frozen drink at her that got all over her 11 year old child.
Rhodes claimed the two women told her to “go back to Section 8″ and called them “black f*ckers.”
The case drew national attention after Officer Eric Casebolt, who later resigned, was caught on camera yelling profanity at the black teens, pulling a gun on them, and wrestling a bikini wearing 15 year old to the ground.
Carver has hired notorious attorney and feminist Gloria Allred to represent her.
Allread says her client has been “wrongly accused” and threatened over the incident.
