Never been to one but there was one in my hotel in vegas for/after some Steve Harvey stand up.

If you can change your boss' mind, let him/her know that people prefer to wear black over white. First off, no one owns an all-white outfit. And white stains.
Plus for ladies: white makes you look fatter, and is just not practical.
