What hes really saying is he is insecure about pleasing a woman whos been with a black man and has found a way to further discredit them by calling them obese.

The reality is, a lot of white guys do think like him.
But on the same coin, a lot of white girls don't give a shyt.
One thing I have seen, though...is black guys and spanish guys manipulating white girls into doing shyt...because some white girls have some underlying guilt or pity for the situation that some black and spanish guys are in.
I have friends that ran through plenty of white girls during high school and college, playing on white girls' hearts for things. Just masterful manipulative shyt.
It's really sad, actually. But that's just some men in general. Not specific to race.
