White Girl moves to Ridgewood. Falls in love with a Latino drug dealer (and things go bad). On Netflix -- Let's talk about it.
I'm watching it right now. It's pretty good so far, but the main actors overuse some of the slang.
On another note, what's with these movies about white people (especially women) getting into trouble and things being super try-hard*. It's like they don't just get into trouble. There's this movie, Kids, and Thirteen. These young-white-people-go-crazy movies and the characters make every single bad decision regarding sex and drugs possible.
Who knows maybe this movie is different...but I'm getting that kinda vibe. Not as bad as Kids, but still.
*I couldn't think of another phrase for it.
