Based mine within the past few years:

Best:

Cena/Punk is like the modern day Bret/Shawn to me. Real heat (not as deep, obviously), but still able to put it aside and provide excellent matches everytime. Their contrast works so well together.
D-Bry/heel Orton; see December Raw match most recently.
D-Bry/Sheamus if you exclude the 18-second bout. Extreme Rules match was incredible. That's why I wasn't so against a rematch at XXX, depending on the story arc. Good contrast there also.
Show/Sheamus when they want to; HIAC 2012 was very good
Brock/Cena 5 star ER match. Should have had atleast 2 more matches between them
Punk/D-Bry vs any of The Shield
