I was going to say Phone because I have backups of all my keys and can use most of my cards with my phone.

I forgot my ID though which would be the most annoying thing to replace. So Wallet.

One thing i loved about Arizona is they would just mail you a new one

Wallet. Drivers license, credit card, bank card, would probably take a month to replace everything plus strangers having your info.

Phone is second but most things are backed up on the cloud and you can call the phone company to have it blacklisted. Still a risk of your personal information being outthere but there are some protections

Keys is whatever.

Lost my wallet earlier this year. Took about a month and a half to replace all of my ids and debit/credit cards. That shyt was incovinient af and I'm thankful for apple/google pay and virtual cards. Definitely wallet.

I haven't lost a key or phone since high school but I have a spare for both right now

Lost all on multiple occasions. They all suck to lose but my phone is the one i keep best track of so Now I have a phone case with a key card for the car credit card and license. All I need to carry

Phone, its basically a combination of all three now anyway.
I have smart locks using an app on the phone instead of keys
I have apple pay and my phone case has pockets for cards.
So i would basically be losing all three if i lost my phone.
