i've tried whey, iso whey, vegan..
I usually get enough fiber (30g+) and water throughout the day (>1gallon) but protein powder always gives me gas/bloating etc
i would go all food source but its just not practical with time and shakes are so convenient.
i even tried only 1 scoop daily but it aint helping
should i try a 100% lactose free?
