How is this even up to debate? Even being a runaway slave 5 minutes before slavery was over, you still a nikka in Amerikka for the next 100 years. Jews got eithered for like 7 years then came back on top of everyone.

Runaway slave, I think it would be easier to get away in those times because the technology wasn't quite there yet. 1940's like they still had crazy ass weapons back then. I'll take my chances against a slavemaster with a musket rifle and hunting dog vs hitler's ss, tanks and shyt.
