Which one of these things do you use when showering?

Scrub brush

Not that anyone needs to know, but I use a type of mesh sponge washcloth hybrid that is common in west Africa. I don't know what its called and I can't find pictures of it but we just call it a sponge. That shyt really gets whatever dirt is on your skin and keeps it off. I'm also thinking of buying a scrub brush

I use a dry brush, which you use before you get in the shower. It reminds dead skin, plus exfoliates so that you don't get in-grown hairs. I use bath either gloves or a wash cloth. I have sponges but don't use em.
