Which one is the more popular song at this point?

Riding around with my cuz & Mtume comes on his old head playlist. Them Juicy Fruit drums hit and we both start making that face like this is timeless.

He asked, at this point, which song is more popular this or BIG's version?

I really had to think... I figure kids today's parents/grandparents were most likely playing BIGs version in the house growing up...

So in 2024 which song yall think is more popular overall?

Juicy Fruit is still more recognized by people 50 and over hands down. I hear the original song at so many functions that are family friendly or involve a lot of older folks.

For people under 50, I'd say Juicy might be more recognizable in terms of knowing the song but many people are still familiar with Juicy Fruit or have heard the original song before too. They just might not know the name of it as well as Juicy.
