When I think about it I am shocked the others weren't more concerned with The Bride considering she killed O-Ren first on her list chronologically and she the highest profile. Straight slaughtered an entire gang.

There was supposed to be another edition of Kill Bill (part 3).

Elle lives after she gets out the trailer and hitch hikes out of there. She trains Nikki like the old Chinese dude and they go after Beatrix and BB after they leave the country to start a new life.

Nikki finds Beatrix and Nikki goes "I'm still raw". Beatrix owns her fate but asks not to go after BB. Nikki promises but kills Beatrix. It's a great story/script but will never happen.
