Randy Orton, Orton is alot more believable in the heel role. His mic work which already isn't the greatest suffers tenfold holding face promos. He needs to go back to the head stomping Orton.

Sheamus, I mean I don't like his character either way but I can stomach it alot more as a heel.

Miz to face. The kids could probably get really into him when given a chance and he does have some charisma. Being poor mans Jericho gets him the wrong heat.

The Rock to heel. Let's face it. He should have been one coming in and does his best work as one. Itll make the absences more acceptable to his detractors and gives Cena someone to play his righteous babyface role (if the REALLY must go down that route again).

AJ to heel though i think this is already happening. The crazy Harley Quinn role to someone like Dean Ambrose, Bray Wyatt or some equally crazy character would get over well.

Jack Swagger to face. If theyre putting the breaks on Derrick Bateman's USA Guy gimmick then give a more serious one to Swagger. Theyve already made him channel King Kurt this much....

I could say Cena and state the obvious, but Kofi needs to turn heel and Orton needs to become a tweener or full blown heel. Miz could use a face turn.
