my dumbbell rows :merchant: I can get 206lbs. I think it's mental because I know I can spot myself and therefore have more confidence to lift more weight. Then again everyone before me was a farmer. :lift:


what about you guys?

sometimes i feel like semtex has an E-z bar that he uses as a dumbbell in his dorm :skip:

my pullups got up to 5x5 weighted with 45lbs :ehh: i still havent cracked my 315 DL(3x5)

206 pounds...they make dumbells of that weight?
I have the olympic dumbbell bars which are basically like abbreviated barbells. you can put 10lb and 25lb plates on them.

well rows will help your deads :yes: pause on the ground before each rep to emphasize the most important part of the lift which is the explosive pull.

My Bench is savage. I can squat a lot too. But I don't go as heavy on squat as I used to on squats

Bench press I'm getting better. Hit 180 but my max is 200 with 5 reps
Leg press 500
Deadlift (same situation as my bench press)

Is there anyone that has any tips for pull ups? :bryan: I'm trying man
