Which is more important: the bread or filling?

As mentioned above, when making/eating/ordering a sandwich, which one matters the most?

I say filler cuz good bread doesn't save a trash filling but a good filling will save dead bread.

I personally prefer a grilled chicken thigh with crispy skin, crispy garlic bits, a little raw onion, a thin layer of dijon, with a garlic butter toasted brioche bun.
