Which Christian Bale Performance was Better: American Psycho or The Machinist?

I saw AP for the first time in over a decade. I have more respect for the movie and probably in my top 25 movies.

The Machinist doesn’t get enough props or talk. Dude killed that role too. I should give it another spin since AP is still fresh.
