No, it just destroys your organs ...the key to getting brolic is working out consistently and sleeping, along with a balanced diet.

Whey protein is just a different form of protein. You can get protein from eggs, meat, fish, chicken, peanuts or milk. If you take in more protein than your body uses, then it will not get stored but pooped out. Watch your intake with protein powders so you aren't wasting your product.

It's a supplement, keep that in mind. If you are fairly thin you can likely get enough through food without having to use it heavy.

To gain mass, figure out your maintenance amount and eat a surplus. Protein is ideal if you cant get your necessary amount of protein through food, which we don't know b/c we dont know your stats.

whey = protein from milk

its completely fine

eat regular food if possible, supplement when needed.

the key is just getting a substantial amount throughout the day

whey protein is high quality amino acids, thats all there is to it. its a waste product of producing cheese actually.

basically

when milk gets old it breaks down into curds and whey (shoutouts to ms tuffet) the curds are used to make almost every cheese out there. one exception is ricotta cheese, which is whey based
