I think he has to be somewhere in the top 20, he had the game on smash from 98-01 in a time where Jay and nas were still in their primes. Dude had crazy energy and delivery and made you feel him He would have an argument for top 10 if he had that quintessential classic album, but I dont think he does. He had great singles but his albums were always uneven imo.
