I was listening to something which stated that the whole bulk/cut cycle makes it harder to keep weight off because fat cells never go away they just shrink.
Now this doesn't really sound right to me because I thought it was all a matter of whatever calories are your maintenance is what you eat to maintain a certain weight, give or take a pound or 2.
Anybody any insight?
