i'd say it happens well before u reach the top....being black in corporate america or a PWI, u have to be a certain type of black person to even get the opportunities to succeed ...u can't just be smart, u have to buy into the ideology of America to play the game... u gotta be eurocentric to a degree...its hard for me to blame tho, people want that good lifestyle and for a lot of brothas and sistas, u gotta sell out a little to make it unfortunately...as long as u can sleep well at night and u can handle being around a sea of cacs in your work place then

Geez. Look, everyone wants lighter skin because historically the wealthy never had to go outside, didn't have to work out in the elements.
