but the technique
Im doing some seated shoulder presses last night and i decide to take off 25 pounds and this little hatian guy tells me that i would get the good muscles if i dont lift big. So im like yeah thats true and kept on lifting and again he comes over and start talking shyt bout me taking the weight off.
So he gets on and puts some 45s on there and got it up but it was sloppy and his form was so he puts it down and gets me the look. So I told him the fact he couldnt get a full extension of his arms and he kept shaking it was really just a waste of time and energy plus he could have gotten hurt. No point in lift heavy if u cant hold the weight properly and is strain your muscles.
So i get back on with the 45s and did 4 reps properly and left
Seriously im shocked that i even took the time out to talk with him, normally ignore people like him, but i dropped some jewels i guess.
