When will Dolph cash in?

It's gotta be coming sooner than later right? Definitely before Wrestlemania i believe. I think Dolph cashes in after a Barrett sneak attack on Sheamus setting up Dolph vs Orton when he turns with Orton capturing the title by Wrestlemania setting up a fued between Orton and Sheamus. But i do think Dolph should have a nice decent run as champ because he has earned it and is arguably the best worker in the company. Though i wud put him third behind Punk and Bryan.
