2 weeks ago. Thought I had strep just a bad sinus infection. Going to my GI beginning of next month to set up a colonoscopy. I’m at high risk for colon cancer so I get one every 2-3 years. I been seeing brehs my age in the mid 30s dropping left and right. I seen a brolic 32 year old nikka succumb to cancer that he was prolly dealing with for years but he just didn’t believe in going to the doctors until stage 4 was set.
If you living a lifestyle out here drinking and smoking and fukking every woman you see n shyt, you might as fukking we’ll get checked out. Them doctors see worse everyday

I got concepts of a plan.
I'm a Reservist and Contractor so I have to go every year. I'm also a Vet so I have a VA doctor here in Atlanta. My doctor is actually based out of Covington so I have to make that drive.
Had my PHA two weeks ago. I saw my doctor 6 months ago.
I have high blood pressure. I would say it's genetic because my whole family has it. We are all thin people, but I understand my diet plays a factor.
Some people don't believe in statins. I get it. It sucks that information and misinformation is out there. I'm on 5MGs and I will continue to take it. I do need to do my "research" to see if statins are good for you outside of lowering your cholesterol.
No history of heart attacks in my family. All four of my grandparents made it to 90.
Still I need to do what I can to stay on this earth as long as possible for my Wife and kids.

Every year - PCP for annual check up, Opthamalogist for eyes, Derma for skin cancer check up, dentist 2x a year, and this year I had to go to a orthopedist for my knees and shoulder, and a rhematologist for knee arithitis

-endocrinologist (diabetic for 30 yrs)
-podiatrist (goes hand-and-hand with diabetes)
-dentist (maintenence)
-general physician (maintenance)
Completed the Cologuard test, too.
As we speak heading to get a sleep test to make sure my respiratory/ pulmonary is peak.
This month alone, had appointments with the:
