Usually their conservative, smart, witty, look nice, dress nice, smell nice, soft spoke, they usually have that motherly soothiness about them. They usually have 2 parents. No signs of being ran thru or attention-whoring. No self-hate complexes nor do they boast about themselves. Or talk about other women to make themselves look better. You know the type, " I'm nothing like the other women out here." 
My last girlfriend was a teacher, she was from Louisiana, but live near dc too. Very pretty and nice. The only problem was her church and religion would get to her sometimes. Made her feel guilty about sex and things. She was old fashion and her parent were really old fashion.
