It would all depend on the make-up of the Senate. If thr Repubs keep/win enough seats and there are enough Blud Dog Dems then it would be possible to repeal it and even get to the 61 vote threshold just becasue the legislation still really unpopular in some areas of the country. Also I think even if he were to have enough votes to get it repealed that some of the things would be kept in place somehow like the pre-exisiting condition and keepin your kids on your insurance longer provisions since those are popular with people.
