Just speaking from experience, yea theres boxers from all over, but on average, these places have nikkas that really know how to throw them hands more than other places.
Being from LA i admit nikkas LA hand game aint the best (not no more) all them nikkas really do is shoot and murder and shyt.
Then when i came to Dallas,
them boyss was throwin down 
I went to tennessee wasnt impressed most them nikkas couldnt fight, same for las vegas, just another city where nikkas just shoot.
When i was in st.louis and east st.louis them nikkas may be trigga happy but they throw them fuccin hands like texas boys
same with illinois nikkas
EDIT: I forgot to mention, I met one nikka out here from philly. nikka straight from philly came down here knoccin every texas nikka out he fought
