Hate is Rising, Love is Dying....
My lease is up at the end of january and I think I'm going to bounce coli 
The pad is nice. They recently replaced stove, toilet, a/c unit, new carpet, quiet neighbor on 1 side, no reported break-ins, no sign of police.....EVER, close to job. The negs are loud neighbors on the other side , rent TOO DAMN high and I'm too damn broke, no e-payment, no choice of cable providers except 1 that don't offer HD signal and I HAVE to have HD for sports and I'm having nostalgic feelings of my last apartment on the NE side of town (gwinett, dekalb, stand up) 
. I may renew but I honestly don't see this shyt in the budget right now. My car note alone is kicking my ass and unless I get a better job, 16 + an hour or more, I'ma have to let this place go and move back over to that side.
