I just played it on a real NES a few days ago at some studio.

The game is just instant non-stop fun. It is amazing how well the game has aged.

It's so addicting, and it's simply because of it's great gameplay. I'm not lured in by a good story or engaging cinematics.. it's just fun to play.

It's been about 2 months since I played, and I've been having the urge to play for a while now.

Great video games are timeless...nothing surprising nor shocking that you would be able to pick this game up decades later and have fun like it just came out yesterday

Newer games don't have that mostly because they live and die off multiplayer, DLC, and patches; though there are some exceptions :ld:



...never had a SNES, so I never knew the beauty of the All-Stars version :wow:

Played it on my 3 in 1 console with Super Mario All-Starts about 6 months ago.

Still fukking fantastic.
Except World 3. I still fukking hate you.
