When in a relationship do you tend to do more things as just a couple or more so in group settings

I find that when Im in a relationship I tend to do more things with just my girl or with her friends/family because my closes friends dont live in my city, and I only do get together with coworkers or friends here in my city very infrequently

If you love someone, you want to spend a lot of time together, but time apart...either from each other, or in the form of communicating with other groups is healthy, in my opinion.

I don't mean time apart like...dating other people. I mean like, hanging out with your friends and letting her go out with her friends.
Or going out somewhere with another couple.

oh yea, of course I wasnt saying spend every second together, I was basically saying when in a relationship do the 2 of you do more things in group settings or with just the 2 of you. the last 2 relationships ive been in the chicks wanted it to be just primarily to be us, and then every 2-3 months we would do a group thing
