When ever I do squats I get dizzy

I need help with this. It was something that never happened before. I recently started them up again after taking a long break. But while doing it i am fine. Its once I walk away to move on to a next exercise It begins. Hellllllp.

Heavy ass weight, ass to grass and exhaling slowly when you get back up will leave you dizzy as fukk regardless

When your body is doing a squat and you hold your breath your blood pressure rises rapidly, this is the dizzyness you get, you may also see stars.

just be careful, it will stop happening eventually as your body adapts to the quick change in blood pressure. just dont push it if you feel dizzy.

I get nauseous sometimes, never dizzy.. Maybe I'm not breathing correctly?

Was the same way when I started. It also hurted my shoulders when the bar rested on them....

Honestly dont know the weight of the bar its on the smith machine. But its 45 on each side. Sometimes 55
