When and how long do you normally take your lunch break?

I can take my break anytime of the day and today I chose to take it right now at 2:30 since I won't be leaving work until 6.

Now my co-worker who's feeling ya boy surprised me with a nice gesture and brought me lunch; now she's never brought lunch for anybody before so this kinda made a statement. Fried haddock with spinach salad jazzed up with tomatoes, purple onions, cucumbers, a little slice strawberries, green peppers, croutons & shredded mozzarella

I usually take a good two hour break to buy my own lunch and run around handling some personal business etc.

If your break is less than an hour...you most def need to work that out with whoever's in charge.

Can't be all work & no break.

but I split it up
