Wifey has been taking prenatals and got me into taking vitamins more seriously. I don't get enough veggies and fruits so I gotta supplement. So far I do feel a difference. Here's what I'm running:

Walgreens one a day- just vitamins, no minerals
L-Arginine- supposed test booster (?) and good for lifting
Zinc- 120mg (800% RDA :merchant: )- good for skeeting like Spiderman and boosting immune health. It's been a warm winter but I haven't been sick yet
B-12- 16,000% RDA- good for energy and the nervous system
D-3- 1250% RDA- helps with sunlight deficiency

Big thing was when the time changed and it started getting dark I was feeling like absolute shyt. The D-3 helped a lot with that. Then once I got in the habit of taking that I just added everything else on top. So far so good... feeling great in the gym and overall

And I've been thinking about taking fish oil. Anyone I know who takes them always speaks highly of its benefits.

It helps with muscle recovery ten fold and optimize your energy. 1/4 of muscles contain magnesium and sooooo many people are in deficit of magnesium but don't realize it. Ive seen a huge difference in my energy while lifting since taking magnesium. So for me its a necessity

I just take a multi and a probiotic.
I attribute me almost never getting sick to the probiotic.

You really feel that B12?
Ive been thinking of taking it.
I know some people inject it.

Did they ever debunk the whole multi vitamin myth about not even getting close to the amount as advertised?
