Wifey has been taking prenatals and got me into taking vitamins more seriously. I don't get enough veggies and fruits so I gotta supplement. So far I do feel a difference. Here's what I'm running:
Walgreens one a day- just vitamins, no minerals
L-Arginine- supposed test booster (?) and good for lifting
Zinc- 120mg (800% RDA )- good for skeeting like Spiderman and boosting immune health. It's been a warm winter but I haven't been sick yet
B-12- 16,000% RDA- good for energy and the nervous system
D-3- 1250% RDA- helps with sunlight deficiency
Big thing was when the time changed and it started getting dark I was feeling like absolute shyt. The D-3 helped a lot with that. Then once I got in the habit of taking that I just added everything else on top. So far so good... feeling great in the gym and overall
