What's Your Stance On Vetoing Trades?

So I'm in a 20 team fantasy basketball league on ESPN, every transaction matters. A trade was accepted, it was Mike Conley for Taj Gibson, straight up & extremely lopsided. It got shot down by league veto, and the 2 managers that agreed to the trade are upset.

What is your stance on the trade veto? Do you use it or do you just let trades slide....

I pretty much veto everything unless i'm involved. Why would I want someone else getting better when I have a chance to possibly cancel it?
