What's your sleep stack?

Coworker gave me his old fitness watch and I've been using it to track my sleep. It even shows how much deep sleep you get compared to light sleep, and I've noticed a huge difference when I get an extra hour of deep sleep. Last night was 7 hours of sleep with nearly 3 hours of deep sleep and I woke up feeling like :blessed:

What do y'all do to ensure that you get optimal sleep (both length and quality)? Any recommended supps?

For me it's:
  • Thermostat set to 64-65F
  • Dark room
  • Small dose of melatonin
  • Valerian
  • Chamomile tea
  • Zinc/Magnesium in my daily multi
A combination of these seems to work pretty well, the tea's more effective than I thought it was. I've noticed that having a little protein before bed helps too.
