I mainly use it for dips and it's helping me get to onehanded pushups. I also bring it with me on vacation. Past I used it for biceps as well but now I just stick to pullups/chinups.

Example we'll do our regulae work out, then do a few sets of trx exercises at the end. Plus you can do crazy ab work outs with trx
