i know that sagging pants has been around since the 90s, but only recently have i begun to observe young black men adopting an even more concerning style of dress that has them exposing their boxer-clothed buttocks while outside? even the tight jean crowd does it. they'll be properly dressed, wearing fit jeans, only to have the back of their pants pulled down enough to show their boxer/briefs. and these are nikkas who i know have fukked with other girls. is this what's hot in the street now?

The difference between Kris Kross really making the sagging pants style popular and today is that there has been an evolution in more underwear showing ...... and its disgusting ... I get sick of seeing it too ... Kris Kross throught the late 90s were sagging, yet not displaying underwear ... somewhere around late 90s/early 2000s the showing up draws started to make inroads.... and now its just everywhere ..... ..... looks hella ridiculous, even white teenagers doing it.... ... and maybe I'm but it ain't cool..
