They run commercials during the pre-show because it's a free show that's also being aired on YouTube/Facebook and they're trying to get people to sign up.

Think you're mistaking the preshow vs the main show. Unless you can prove otherwise, they only run full commercials during the preshow. They've always run like a 10 second spot where they may flash up the logo for their sponsors on the main show, but not a commercial.

again, until you can prove otherwise, WWE doesn't air commercials during the main card PPV. They only air commercials during the preshow.
